Pricing & Verdict

I have enjoyed using this serum, it did brighten my skin and give me that radiant glow. It’s hydrating, absorbs fast and well and it didn’t feel sticky on my skin. I appreciated all of the antioxidant properties but I didn’t see any improvement in my dark spots, which is a claim of the serum.

This might be because I've had it for a long time, who knows. It is known to help fade scars from acne, so the next time I get something like that, I'll give it a go! It has a light orange scent, not overpowering in my opinion. I like the bottle, it almost feels like glass, I think? I’m not a fan of not being able to get the last bits of the product out, you have to unscrew and pour out which could lead to some wastage. The box it comes in is a bit bulky as well.

For the price of this serum, I wanted to scrape it all out! Speaking of which, for 30ml it retails for £70/$85 - it’s expensive. Are there cheaper vitamin C serum’s out there? Yes. I’d pay this price if it was maybe 50ml or more but for 30ml it’s a bit too spenny.

Sunday Riley C.E.O 15% Vitamin C Brightening Serum conclusion

As mentioned, I did enjoy using it but would I repurchase it? Due to the price point, I wouldn’t be in a rush.
