Skin Rocks - The Cream Cleanser 4.7 star rating

The cleanser category is one of my favorites. The pure satisfaction in seeing all the gunk come off my face after a long day is the best.

Who is Skin Rocks?

If you know anything about skincare, you would have heard about Caroline Hirons. She is like the skincare guru in the UK, I have followed her work for years and have read her skincare books - they are really helpful!

With her years of knowledge and expertise in the beauty industry (26+ years) she created her brand Skin Rocks in 2022 which now has other products such as retinoids and moisturizers. They even stock extra-large flannels and I think i’m going to buy them!

Price and verdict

The packaging is simple and I really love the color of it, brightens up my bathroom shelf! It’s lovely as a first or second cleanse and does remove make-up well. It left my skin feeling soft and nourished instead of dry or having traces of make-up left. It's got great ingredients as well.

I used this before I even knew there was a fragrance free version, so I would say if you get irritation around your eyes, opt for the fragrance free version.

The scent is refreshing and subtle but it’s there. It retails for $40/£32 for 125ml, it’s not super expensive but I wouldn’t exactly call it affordable/cheap. I would place it in the mid-range price point category.
