I’m always looking at new skincare products to try and add into my routine and now that we are well into winter and it will only get colder, some extra hydration is certainly something I look to incorporate more of.
When I heard the claims of Snail Mucin Essence, I wasn’t sure what to think, we’ve all been there when some products don’t end up living up to the hype.
However anything that claims to lose less moisture, especially in winter - I will give it a whirl.
So far I am impressed with COSRX’s Snail Mucin, so let me tell you a bit more about it…

I feel like I can hear what you are thinking, Snail Mucin? That sticky stuff we see when we come across a snail - I would have never thought I would put that on my face and that’s purely because I just never thought of it and I never knew the benefits!

At around £25/$25 this product is very affordable and it comes in two smaller sizes for anyone who wants to give it a go before purchasing the full size - love it when brands do this!
I was a bit late to jump on the hype of this product but I’m glad I started using it because it does not disappoint.
I don’t feel like you would regret trying this product, the hydration alone that it gives is worth it, let alone the added benefits of repairing damaged skin and improving skin elasticity.
Don’t let the thought of mucin put you off, after just a few uses I can already see the results and you will too.
Who are COSRX?
Founded in 2013 by Jun Sung Hun who had been collecting information on the needs and wants of his customers regarding their skin concerns since 2002.
That’s a long time in the making but I’d say it was definitely worth it! COSRX have created some great products and one that has been selling like hot cakes is their Snail Mucin.
